Refund policy

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with a purchase we have a 30-day return policy. Products manufactured by us carry a 1 yr warranty covering defects from manufacture and workmanship.

To be eligible for a return please contact us at info[@]plantem.co.uk and we’ll send you a return shipping label with any further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your parcel as soon as it is delivered:

*** If damaged please ask the courier to mark their paperwork as damaged on receipt, if at all unsure please ask the courier to mark parcel as 'not inspected' ***

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
