Order processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a notification when the items are dispatched, enter a mobile number at checkout if you would like to receive SMS updates from the courier.

UK Customers

Shipping starts at £9.90, fees are calculated at checkout. For larger commercial orders please contact info@plantem.co.uk for a shipping quote.

EU Customers:

Orders less that EU140 include VAT and are Delivered Duty Paid direct to your address.

Orders over EU140 exclude VAT. Customers are responsible to pay import VAT & duties, our courier will contact you for payment in advance. Please note, delays in payment of import duties and tax will result in the parcel being held at customs.
